At just 19 years old, Mboko is making waves in Paris with her commanding play. Her first-round match against Czech competitor Nikola Bartůňková showcased her prowess, as she secured a straight-sets win, finishing the match with a dominant 6-1, 6-2 scoreline.
Mboko entered Roland Garros as the ninth seed, buoyed by her recent success at the Strasbourg International, where she reached the finals.
